- Guest toilet
- Bedroom 1: Queen size bed (160*200) with shower room.
Lower level:
- Bedroom 2: Queen Size bed (160*200) with shower room.
- Bedroom 3: 2 * Single beds (80*200) with the possibility of moving the beds closer together.
- Bedroom 4: Queen Size bed (160*200) with shower room and WC.
- Room 5: Queen Size bed (160*200) with shower room and WC.
The villa is air-conditioned except for the small downstairs bedroom (with the two single beds) and the living/dining room.
Electric shutters in all rooms.
WIFI and 4G box available on site.
The garden level is suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Hairdryer, iron and ironing board available.
EXTERIOR
The villa has a beautiful covered terrace for lunch with a plancha. The terrace has access to the pool and the garden. A back terrace is accessible from the living room with a beautiful olive tree and the possibility to sit and relax in the cool.

Die 2 Wochen in der Villa Alivu waren wunderbar. Das schöne und warme Wetter hat sicher das seine dazu beigetragen. (29.09. - 14.10.2023) Die Villa ist gut und zweckmässig eingerichtet.ir waren 6 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder (2 -6 Jahre). Die Zimmer sind schlicht, ohne schnick schnack eingerichtet, so dass man auch nicht angst haben muss etwas zu beschädigen. Wir genossen den Pool und die Liegeflächen. Die Küche ist gut Ausgestattet auch den Grill haben wir des öfteren gebraucht. Die Lage der Villa ist gut, ca 1.7km zu den Stränden von Pinarello. Die Strecke bewältigen wir jeweils mit den mitgeführten Fahrrädern. Auch die Ausflüge zum Fluss Cavu waren herrlich. insgesamt gerne wieder.
