The exterior offers numerous tanning spaces, and a private teardrop-shaped pool, as well as a large lawn, ideal for family games or for a moment of calm.
In the immediate vicinity of Lucciana beach, you can access the sea on foot in a secure manner.

A living room, and a large dining room overlooking the terrace.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher...
A bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, equipped with a walk-in closet.
A room with two 90x190cm beds, equipped with a wardrobe.
A bathroom with an Italian-style shower.
An independent bathroom.
Exterior:
Meal coin with charcoal barbecue.
Swimming pool 9m x 4.5m with an alarm system.
A large terrace equipped with sun loungers, ideal for relaxing.
Secure parking with a barrier that can accommodate 3 vehicles.
Housekeeping and household linen (sheets and towels) included in the rental.
Caution: 2000 euros to be paid on the day of your arrival and returned at the end of your stay.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour au sein de votre villa, calme et reposant. La villa est propre et spacieuse pour une famille de 4 personnes. La piscine et le jardin bien entretenu et clôturé sont vraiment top. Nous nous sommes rendus à la plage à pied tous les jours la douche extérieur est un atout indispensable pour les grands et les petits. L'accueil a été aussi chaleureux, une boisson fraîche nous attendez dans le réfrigérateur. Bref, nous avons adoré notre séjour à la Villa California, nous reviendrons surement avec plaisir!
