The exterior offers numerous tanning spaces, and a private teardrop-shaped pool, as well as a large lawn, ideal for family games or for a moment of calm.
In the immediate vicinity of Lucciana beach, you can access the sea on foot in a secure manner.

A living room, and a large dining room overlooking the terrace.

A bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, equipped with a walk-in closet.

A bathroom with an Italian-style shower.
An independent bathroom.

Meal coin with charcoal barbecue.
Swimming pool 9m x 4.5m with an alarm system.
A large terrace equipped with sun loungers, ideal for relaxing.
Secure parking with a barrier that can accommodate 3 vehicles.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus! Alles war einfach top. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und bot alles, was wir für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigten. Die Lage war perfekt, nur 5 Gehminuten zum Strand. Obwohl sich ein Flughafen in der Nähe befindet, hat uns das überhaupt nicht gestört. Die Geräuschkulisse war minimal und hat unseren Aufenthalt nicht beeinträchtigt.
Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur wärmstens empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch! |

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour au sein de votre villa, calme et reposant. La villa est propre et spacieuse pour une famille de 4 personnes. La piscine et le jardin bien entretenu et clôturé sont vraiment top. Nous nous sommes rendus à la plage à pied tous les jours la douche extérieur est un atout indispensable pour les grands et les petits. L'accueil a été aussi chaleureux, une boisson fraîche nous attendez dans le réfrigérateur. Bref, nous avons adoré notre séjour à la Villa California, nous reviendrons surement avec plaisir!
