House, with jacuzzi, located on the Lido de la Marana, close to the sea (less than 500 meters).
Ideal for a stay with friends or family, the house is located in the immediate vicinity of the sea, with direct access to a sandy beach.
Located on the Lido de la Marana, you will have the opportunity to take walks on the Biguglia pond to discover a rich fauna and flora, and to quickly explore the entire Basti region.
The house (95m²) includes:
- downstairs a living room, a fitted and fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom (160x200 bed) with dressing room, a bathroom with WC and a veranda.
- upstairs, there is a sleeping area made up of a 140x200 bed and a 90 x 190 bed and a sofa (bench type) as well as a desk.
You benefit from a pleasant 300 m2 garden with deckchairs.
A summer kitchen with barbecue will allow you to enjoy the private jacuzzi (included in the rental from June to September).
If you wish to use the jacuzzi outside of this period, you will be asked for a supplement.
Also, you will find in the garden a bathroom with toilet, practical when the beach is only a few steps away.
A few steps away, during the summer season, you will find a small grocery store as well as a restaurant open for lunch and dinner, with a swimming pool for the use of these customers. Also, you will find a supermarket, a bakery and all the necessary amenities 5 minutes by car (6 kilometers).
House linen is provided.
Beach towels are also available on request and at an additional cost (5 euros per person).
You benefit from two parking spaces in front of the house.
Possibility of additional services (bicycle rental, childcare equipment, etc.) on request and at an additional cost.

Nous avons eu le bonheur d'être parmi les premiers à profiter de cette maison avec beaucoup de charme :
cuisine fonctionnelle, mezzanine comme une cabane dans la maison... et que dire de l'extérieur avec sa cuisine d'été équipée d'une plancha et d'unsee more

Cerise sur le gâteau le jacuzzi qui a vu notre fils y faire de la plongée avec son masque. :) Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion d'utiliser les vélos, ce sera sans doute pour la prochaine fois... Tout est pensé pour que l'on s'y sente comme chez soi (mais en vacances) à 200m de la mer ! |

Tout d'abord, la maison est idéalement située sur le cordon lagunaire de la Marana, vous pourrez vous rendre à la plage à pied.
Ensuite, la maison est parfaitement équipée pour passer un séjour comme si vous étiez chez vous.

Ensuite, la maison est parfaitement équipée pour passer un séjour comme si vous étiez chez vous. L'extérieur est propice à la détente avec sa cuisine d'été et le jacuzzi. Nous étions avec nos deux enfants dont un bebe, Alice nous a gentiment mis tout le matériel de puériculture à disposition. Je recommande vraiment cette location si vous voulez passer d'excellents moments en famille ou en couple. |
