Description
Nestled on the edge of maquis and not far from the convent, this pretty house has been completely renovated. Close to all amenities, it will only take you 5 minutes walk to reach beaches and restaurants in the center of the village.
Discover the typical village of Erbalunga, with his picturesque alleys, the open-air theater, any convenience stores (bakery, pharmacy, post office, minimarket, tobaccos) and of every type of restoration.
Called " the nest of painters ", this harbour village inspired a lot of corsican painters come to immortalize it in the 60s.
For sportsmen, a fitness trail is situated very close, tennis court, play area for children … without forgetting the Monte Stello which rises to 1306 meters, just above Erbalunga.
Situated to 9 km of Bastia, a bus makes six rotations to Bastia per day (3 rotations in the morning and 3 rotations in the afternoon).
Ideal for a quiet holiday with family or friends.
Accommodating up to 8 people, the main house extends over 2 levels, and has an extension with 2 bedrooms.
Ground floor:

- A functional kitchen, with a dining area and fully equipped: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker…
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
1st Floor:
- One bedroom: bed 160x200 overlooking a terrace
- One bedroom: trundle bed 160x190 with access to the outside
- A bathroom with bath, toilet and double sink
Dependency:
- One bedroom: 2 beds 90x140 with shower + toilet
- One bedroom: 2 beds 90x140 with shower + toilet
The swimming pool, 8x4m, is available from June to September
It is not heated.
Electric plancha available.
The house is located on a plot in restanque, the access to the terraces is with stairs, which is unfortunately not suitable for disabled people, and which requires the supervision of young children.
Supplied sheets and towel.
Deposit: 3000€ to give the day of your arrival and to restore at the end of stay.

Séjour exceptionnel dans un cadre idyllique. Le cap Corse est magnifique et la localisation de la maison est idéale pour en découvrir les charmes (5 minutes à pied de la plage, du port et des commerces d'Erbalunga). En voiture, Bastia et les ferries see more
Séjour exceptionnel dans un cadre idyllique. Le cap Corse est magnifique et la localisation de la maison est idéale pour en découvrir les charmes (5 minutes à pied de la plage, du port et des commerces d'Erbalunga). En voiture, Bastia et les ferries sont à 10 minutes et l'aéroport à 20 mn.
La maison entièrement rénovée est très belle et fonctionnelle. Eléctroménager, vaisselle, linge, espaces de vie conviviaux, piscine, vaste terrain avec de nombreux espaces intimistes ... tout est présent. Et énorme cerise sur un gâteau déjà parfait, la vue est juste à couper le souffle, vraiment exceptionnelle ... Merci pour ce magnifique séjour. Anne et Jacques, de Nantes |

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette splendide maison.
L'emplacement est remarquable, car situé sur les hauteurs, la vue sur la baie est exceptionnelle à toutes heures de la journée et de la nuit. Tout est réalisable à pieds : accès aux commerçants, aux restaurants, à la plage et au petit port bucolique. La maison vient d'être totalement rénovée, l'état est donc parfait. La décoration a été réalisée avec beaucoup de gout et la présence d'objets du quotidien, de livres dans la bibliothèque, d'un riche et complet équipement pour cuisiner, donnent l'impression d'être chez soi et non dans une location impersonnelle. Au-delà de l’esthétique agréable, tous les équipements intérieurs sont de grande qualité : mobilier, literie, électroménager... La piscine, le jardin et les aménagements extérieurs sont très plaisants : harmonie des tons et des matériaux, nombreux arbres et arbustes parfaitement entretenus, notamment cet immense pin parasol et des glycines qui font de cette terrasse ombragée un endroit idéal pour se reposer. |
