House with feet in the water, at the entrance of the village of Erbalunga, with terrace and direct access to the sea.
At the edge of the fishing village of Erbalunga (pedestrian zone in summer) you can enjoy the superb view of the sea, the distant islands, and the sailboats that come to anchor in the evening in front of the house, sheltered in the small cove of the Genoese tower.
A wide choice of restaurants awaits you, after enjoying swimming and other activities offered (hiking and horse riding, water sports, tennis in Miomo, Golf in Luciana...) children's garden, and health trail laid out in the grove in the centre of the village.

Able to accommodate 4 people, you will need to go down a few steps to access the house.
