This 65m2 flat, on the 5th floor (no lift) of an old building, under sloping ceilings, has :
-two bedrooms with beds 160x200, flat screen TV, custom dressing room, bathroom with shower and toilet in each of them,
-a fully equipped kitchen area with oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and all cooking equipment,
-a living/dining area with flat screen TV opening onto a balcony, overlooking the courtyard,
