On the ground floor, the villa opens onto a large bright and friendly living space. The living room has a comfortable sofa, a TV and a Sonos speaker, while the dining room hosts a beautiful dinner table, ideal for sharing meals in a friendly atmosphere.
In its extension, the fully equipped American kitchen integrates harmoniously into the living space. It has all the necessary equipment to cook with ease throughout the stay: dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, wine cellar and toaster.
A small room adjoining the kitchen hosts the equipment dedicated to the laundry room: washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, allowing to have all the necessary comfort during the stay.
A guest toilet, located near the entrance door, completes this level.

The villa has three bathrooms, harmoniously distributed between the different sleeping areas: two are equipped with a shower and the third with a bathtub. Located on the ground floor, the bathroom with bathtub is independent and ideally intended for the two adjoining bedrooms, thus offering comfort and practicality while preserving the privacy of each one.
Upstairs, a bedroom enjoys a particularly privileged setting with television and dressing room. Decorated with a small private terrace overlooking the garden, it offers a pleasant opening onto the outside.
