INTERIOR
This elegant new single-storey villa of 120 m2, located in the heart of the village of Sainte-Lucie de Porto-Vecchio, seduces from the first moments by its refined and warm atmosphere. The living spaces, carefully decorated with taste, harmoniously combine soft colors, contemporary furniture and carefully selected materials, creating a setting that is both elegant, soothing and friendly. Bathed in natural light, the villa offers a particularly pleasant atmosphere where you immediately feel at home, whether for a stay with family or friends.
As soon as you enter, you will discover a large living room consisting of a friendly living room and a fully equipped kitchen with hotplates, oven, microwave, capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge-freezer as well as a central island ideal for breakfasts and meals on the go. Open to the living room, the kitchen is harmoniously integrated into a comfortable relaxation area with a large sofa, armchairs and a TV, all enjoying a direct view of the terrace and the swimming pool.

The sleeping area, accessible by a corridor located to the right of the entrance, consists of four bedrooms, one of which is a suite. The first is dedicated to children and has a bunk bed as well as a trundle bed (90 x 190 cm). A second bedroom is equipped with a double bed of 140 x 190 cm, while a third bedroom also offers a double bed of 140 x 190 cm and storage spaces. An independent bathroom with bathtub and shower as well as a toilet complete this space. Finally, the master suite benefits from a private bathroom, a dressing room, a television and direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool. An independent toilet is also available at the entrance.

The large furnished terrace hosts four sunbeds, four deckchairs as well as two comfortable outdoor beds, inviting you to moments of relaxation in front of the private 7 x 5 meter swimming pool, secured by an alarm. An integrated area in the swimming pool allows you to enjoy an aperitif with your feet in the water in a particularly pleasant atmosphere.
The pool house, a real additional outdoor living room, is equipped with a large dining table, a charcoal barbecue, a sink and a worktop, ideal for sharing delicious summer meals. Nearby, an outdoor shower and an independent toilet bring appreciable comfort when returning from the beach or after a swim. Leisure enthusiasts will also appreciate the petanque court, perfect for livening up at the end of the day. Finally, the property has two parking spaces inside the villa as well as an outdoor square.
