INTERIOR
This superb villa of 105 m2, located on a plot of 405 m2, has been designed to offer comfort, elegance and conviviality. From the entrance, a corridor serves an independent toilet as well as a small dressing area before opening onto a large bright living room. The living room, furnished with a large comfortable sofa and a large connected TV, invites you to relax and share moments with family or friends. It extends harmoniously towards a fully equipped kitchen including oven, microwave, dishwasher, hood, hob, toaster, kettle and Philips capsule coffee machine. A large dining table for up to 8 guests allows you to share warm meals while enjoying an unobstructed view of the terrace and the swimming pool.

The villa has four bedrooms. On the ground floor, a master suite with a 160 * 200 bed, connected television, a control room and private bathroom guarantees comfort and privacy. Upstairs, two bedrooms are equipped with double beds 140 x 200 cm and dressing rooms each have access to a balcony overlooking the pool. A third family room is equipped with a bunk bed and a single trundle bed, which can accommodate up to four people. The floor is completed by a modern shower room with toilet, offering all the necessary comfort to the occupants of the three bedrooms.

A small cellar on the ground floor serves as a laundry room (washing machine- iron and ironing board). The villa is equipped with wifi and it is fully air conditioned.

OUTSIDE
Outside, everything has been thought out to offer a holiday under the sign of relaxation and conviviality. Accessible by a private gate, the villa has a secure parking space that can accommodate two vehicles inside the property, as well as an additional place outside. A real asset of the villa, the swimming pool of 10 x 4 meters, with a depth of 1.50 meters, is equipped with a submerged beach ideal for young children and a security alarm. Bordered by a magnificent olive tree which brings charm and authenticity to the garden, it invites you to relax in a typical Mediterranean atmosphere. Around the pool, three deckchairs and three chairs are available to fully enjoy the sun and moments of idleness.
The pool house hosts a pleasant summer kitchen equipped with a sink, a worktop and a wood or charcoal barbecue, perfect for preparing and sharing tasty meals outdoors. A large table with benches allows you to gather family and friends in a warm and friendly atmosphere. For more comfort, an outdoor shower and an independent toilet complete this space.
Finally, leisure enthusiasts will appreciate the petanque court, ideal for prolonging long summer evenings around lively games with family or friends, in a setting conducive to relaxation and sharing.

In the residence there is a villa under construction but no work takes place between 01/07 and 31/08 so no nuisance during this period.

For information, outdoor security cameras may be present on the property. They are strictly deactivated for the entire duration of the stays and do not in any way affect the privacy of the tenants and their tranquility.

Guest access

Travelers will have full and private access to the entire villa, its outdoor areas, the heated swimming pool and leisure facilities. All in a quiet and secure environment.
