INTERIOR
Magnificent single-storey villa of 135 m2, ideally located in a hamlet near Porto-Vecchio, in a quiet and privileged environment and close to amenities (bakery, shops, hypermarkets). As soon as you enter, you will discover a welcoming space that opens onto a large living room bathed in light, with an elegant fully equipped open kitchen that can accommodate up to 8 guests around its central island. You will find in particular a kettle and a smeg toaster, a filter coffee maker as well as a Nespresso capsule machine, not to mention an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, an American fridge, another fridge and a wine cellar, ideal to accompany your summer dinners. The spacious and bright living room, equipped with a TV, offers a direct view of the terrace, the swimming pool and the garden, creating a perfect harmony between indoors and outdoors.
At the entrance level, there is an independent toilet as well as a fully equipped laundry room with washing machine, dryer and all ironing equipment.

The sleeping area consists of four comfortable bedrooms. The first is an elegant suite with king size bed 180x200, private bathroom, built-in storage and a pleasant view of the pool. Opposite this room is an independent bathroom equipped with a bathtub and a shower. You will then discover a family room that can accommodate up to 4 people, with a 160x200 bed as well as a 140x200 mezzanine bed, a wardrobe and an unobstructed view of the terrace and the swimming pool. At the end of the corridor, a bedroom offers a 160x200 bed, built-in storage and a soothing view of the garden. The fourth bedroom is located in an outbuilding accessible from the terrace including 1 bed 160 * 200 with shower room and toilet.

As soon as you arrive, you enter the villa through a gate opening onto an elegant illuminated driveway at nightfall, allowing the parking of several vehicles in complete serenity. You then discover a magnificent landscaped garden, perfectly landscaped, extended by a large terrace and a swimming pool (8 * 4) completely secured by an alarm. Without any vis-à-vis, the property offers an intimate and peaceful setting, ideal to fully enjoy every moment. The outdoor spaces have been designed for the whole family: the area of the land allows children to play freely and in complete tranquility. Accessible from the bay window of the kitchen, a space dedicated to relaxation hosts a ping-pong table for convivial moments. On the terrace, a table football completes the leisure facilities. Around the swimming pool, sunbathing and garden furniture invite you to relax and enjoy privileged moments outdoors, in an elegant and refined atmosphere.

For information, outdoor security cameras may be present on the property. They are strictly deactivated for the entire duration of the stays and do not in any way affect the privacy of the tenants and their tranquility.
