Interior
The villa opens onto a beautiful living room that combines a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, as well as the living room for a convivial space. Large bay windows that open completely expand the space to the terrace and offer a panoramic view of the sea and the mountains. A generous volume, bathed in natural light, with a refined and soothing style. On this level, you have a bedroom overlooking the terrace and the swimming pool with bathroom and toilet. A separate toilet is located near the entrance. The internal staircase leads you upstairs where there is a suite with bathroom and toilet. The room opens onto a terrace with a view of the pool.

On the garden level, through an outdoor and illuminated access, at the entrance, there is a large living area with sink, refrigerator, coffee maker, adjoining a living room with television overlooking a terrace with a petanque court nearby. The rooms offer comfort and privacy and each have a large bed (160 * 200) with private bathroom and toilet. An independent toilet in the corridor.

The villa has WIFI and is fully air conditioned.
The villa is not recommended for young children.

Outdoor
Large terrace with infinity mirror pool 10 * 5 with panoramic views of the sea and the mountains. Equipped with deckchairs, parasol, table and chairs, it invites to sweet moments of relaxation and convivial dinners overlooking the countryside. A petanque court completes the exterior to share moments of play with friends, while an outdoor parking facilitates your stay in complete tranquility.

Guests have full access to the entire villa and its outdoor areas. Attention, on the same ground, there is a second villa. Access between the two villas is free. The villas each have a swimming pool, so it is essential to keep your children under supervision.
