INTERIOR
The villa opens onto a beautiful living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room and a pantry as well as the living room for a convivial space. Large bay windows, opening entirely, extend the space towards the terrace and its panoramic view of the sea and the mountain. A generous volume, bathed in natural light, with a refined and soothing style. On the same level, you have a bedroom with a view of the terrace and the swimming pool, equipped with a bathroom and a toilet. An independent guest toilet is located near the entrance. The internal staircase takes you upstairs where there is a suite with bathroom and toilet opening onto a terrace overlooking the pool.

On the ground floor, through an outdoor and illuminated access, at the entrance there is a space with sink, refrigerator, coffee machine. The rooms offer comfort and privacy, each with a large bed (160 * 200) and its own bathroom. An independent toilet in the corridor. One of the bedrooms has a dressing room.

OUTSIDE
Large terrace with heated 10* 5m infinity mirror pool offering panoramic views of the sea and the mountains. Equipped with sunbeds, parasol, table and chairs, it invites to sweet moments of relaxation and convivial dinners facing the landscape. A petanque court completes the exteriors to share moments of play with friends, while an outdoor parking facilitates your stay in complete serenity.

The villa has WIFI and is fully air conditioned.
The villa is not recommended for young children.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire villa and its outdoor areas. Attention, on the same ground, there is a second villa. Access between the two villas is free. The villas each have a swimming pool, so it is essential to keep your children under supervision.
