The living room gives access to a furnished rear terrace, equipped with a plancha and an outdoor dining area, ideal for enjoying lunches in the shade during the hot summer days.
On the ground floor, you will also find an independent shower room as well as separate toilets.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and toilet

Stairs are necessary to access the rooms. No room on the garden level.
