OUTDOOR
The villa has an outdoor area designed to offer an optimal relaxation experience. The heated swimming pool of 12 x 5 m, treated with salt for superior bathing comfort, constitutes the heart of this set. It is equipped with a submerged roller shutter, ensuring both safety and maintaining the water temperature. A wide shallow beach of 2 x 4 m allows children to enjoy a dedicated space in complete tranquility or adults to relax in the water in a semi-submerged position. Around the swimming pool, 8 sun loungers are distributed for moments of rest in the shade or in the sun, complemented by 2 large parasols offering pleasant shaded areas throughout the day.
A large outdoor wooden table of 3.5 m allows you to organize outdoor meals for all the occupants, in a warm and elegant atmosphere. Two landscaped garden lounges complete this space: perfect for moments of reading, exchanges or to have an aperitif in the sweetness of summer evenings. For lovers of outdoor cooking, the villa provides a barbecue and a plancha, allowing you to vary the cooking modes and fully enjoy meals outdoors.

Note: access to the villa is via a small stretch of dirt road which is not suitable for low cars.
