The space

Sleeps 4 people. There are a few steps to access the house.

• Living room with TV and sofa bed (160x200cm).
• Fully equipped kitchen area: oven, refrigerator and freezer, Senseo coffee machine, gas hob, etc.
• One air-conditioned bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and TV.
• Bathroom with shower and toilet.

Outside:
A furnished terrace with a dining area, sun loungers, and an electric barbecue.

Free parking card for the duration of your stay.

The neighborhood

On the edge of the fishing village of Erbalunga (pedestrian zone in summer), you can enjoy the superb view of the sea, the islands in the distance, and the sailboats that come to anchor in front of the house in the evening, sheltered by the small cove of the Genoese tower.
A wide choice of restaurants awaits you after enjoying swimming and other activities on offer (hiking and horse riding, water sports, tennis in Miomo,
golf in Luciana, etc.), a kindergarten, and a fitness trail in the grove in the center of the village.
