The villa is 260 m2 on 2 levels, with 2 terraces of 30m2 + swimming pool in a private garden of 1200m2.

Living room with a flat-screen TV and functional fireplace from November to March.

1st floor:
Two bedrooms with beds in 160x200 cm.
One bedroom with two beds in 90x190 cm.
One bathroom, 2 independent toilets.

Dependency:
A suite with a bed in 160x200 cm, shower room and WC.
Private terrace facing the swimming pool.

Electric vehicle charging point.
Internet throughout the house.
Sheets and towels provided.
Private and secure parking.

ATTENTION The swimming pool is open from May to September. It may be open in April and October, but not heated as the temperature cannot be guaranteed during these periods.
Deposit: 2000 euros to be paid on the day of your arrival and returned at the end of your stay.
