The apartment is in the heart of Ile-Rousse at 10, Paoli Street, on the 2nd floor without a lift.
Its surface area is 70 m2 and its characteristics are:
- 3 bedrooms, 2 with beds in 160x200cm and one with 2 beds in 80x200cm
- a large main room with: a living room with TV and sofa, a fully equipped kitchen/dining area: ceramic hobs, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee maker.
- a bathroom
- separate toilet

Dominating one of the most beautiful bays of the Mediterranean, in the north-west of Corsica in the heart of Balagne, L'Ile-Rousse is an essential place combining conviviality and well-being for the whole family.
The apartments are located in a building from 1849, one of the oldest in the historic centre, in the heart of the old town (cota vecchia). Near the traditional Market, you will find many traders and local products.
Filled with charm, the apartments have been completely renovated.
You can be tempted by the shaded terraces of cafés, or stroll on a bench and admire the simplicity of life. And if you want a bit of animation, a small tour on the improvised petanque grounds will reserve you some lovely moments of relaxation.
L'Ile-Rousse also has three beautiful fine sandy beaches. Everyone will find their happiness: sailing club, jet-ski, towed buoys for the most sporty, sunbeds and tanning for the sun aficionados, without forgetting the favourite ground of our pretty blonde heads who can invent wonderful stories of sand castles...

You can set off to discover the villages that have made its history: Corbara, Monticello, Pigna and Santa Reparata will reveal their secrets around a paved alley or a square. And if you feel like it, the hiking trails will allow you to walk in the footsteps of the former muleteers of Balagne.
