The space

The surface area of the villa is 137 m2 and its characteristics are:
- 1 master bedroom with a bed in 180x200cm with a bathroom including a shower, a bathtub.
- 2 bedrooms with beds in 160x200cm.
- A bathroom with a shower and a toilet.
- 1 large living room with TV and a dining area.
- 1 fully equipped kitchen: American fridge, induction hobs, microwave, oven, dishwasher.
- A laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, table and steam iron.
- Three terraces: one shaded, one covered and one in full sun.
- Heated swimming pool and jacuzzi.
- Mixed barbecue, grill and plancha.
- Household linen provided.
- A garage and two parking spaces.

The deposit for a stay at the villa is 2000 euros to be given at the beginning (cheque, bank imprint) of the stay and returned at the end of the stay.

The villa also has an additional apartment that can be rented as a supplement, but not independently.
It consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed, and a shower room.
The price is 1500 euros/week for July/August and 750 euros/week for April/May/September/October.

The neighborhood

The Annonciade villa has a superb panoramic view of Ile-Rousse and the entire coast, extending to the Desert of Agriates and Cap Corse. Located on the semaphore hill, in a quiet area, the villa is 2 minutes from the Leclerc shopping centre, 5 minutes from the Bodri beaches and the town centre of Ile-Rousse, and 15 minutes from Ostriconi beach.
Ideal for a stay with friends or family, the villa's capacity is 6.
