The villa has a surface area of 100 m2 and its characteristics are:
- a master suite with a 160x200cm bed and bathroom with shower and toilet,
- a bedroom with a 160x200cm bed,
- a bedroom with 2 beds of 90x190cm,
- a large main room with: living room area, a fully equipped kitchen/dining area: induction hobs, microwave, oven, dishwasher,
- a separate toilet,
- sheets and towels provided,
- very high-speed internet (fiber optic).

The exterior consists of a large landscaped terrace with garden furniture, dining area and a barbecue.
There is also a heated swimming pool open from April to October, with dimensions of 3mx6m.
Private parking.
