2 master suites with 180x200cm bed, TV, one with a bathroom equipped with a shower and toilet and another with a bathroom equipped with a shower, bathtub and toilet.
An independent toilet.

2nd floor:
A reading room with TV and access to the pool terrace.
A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
4 bedrooms all equipped with a bathroom with shower and WC, of which 3 with beds in 160x200cm and one with 2 beds in 140x190 ideal for children.

Exterior:
Large swimming pool (salt water), infinity pool, sea view, with terrace equipped with parasols, sun loungers and garden furniture, fitted with an alarm. Available from June to September.
Pool house equipped with 2 refrigerators, a plancha and a hob, with direct access to the pool and indoor kitchen.

High-speed WiFi (fibre optic).

Possibility of renting baby kits: high chair, baby bed (€25 to be paid on site).
Cleaning and linen included in the rental, intermediate cleaning if several weeks are booked with linen change.
Possibility of 1 private chef and boat rental, private yoga classes.
Sheets and towels provided.
Fully enclosed property with electric gate and private parking.
