The space

This 65m2 apartment (100m2 on the ground) has:

-a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, induction hobs, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and all necessary kitchen equipment,
-a "cellar" with cleaning and ironing necessities,
-a large living room, dining room with flat-screen TV extending onto a fitted 35m2 roof terrace
-a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, flat-screen TV and storage.

The immense sun-drenched terrace reveals a dazzling view of the old port of Bastia where the two bell towers of the Saint Jean-Baptiste Church, so emblematic of the city, are reflected, as well as its Citadel from which emerges the bell tower of the Sainte Marie Cathedral.
This terrace/rooftop, 35m2 in size, has an outdoor lounge, 2 sunbeds, a dining area and a shower to cool off.
The covered parking "Spaziu Gaudin" and the covered parking of the Citadel are located nearby. Once the car is parked, you can stroll through the old streets of Bastia.

Located on the top floor (6th floor without an elevator) of a building in the historic center of Bastia, under mansard ceilings, one captures the light in spaces cleverly imagined by our architect.
