The apartment is an F2 type (40 m²) on the ground floor of the owner's house, located 4.5 km from the sea and close to small shops.
Living room/kitchen area with microwave, electric hob and BZ sofa bed 140x190 cm, TV. One bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, private bathroom, toilet.

The accommodation is located at the entrance of the village of Santa Reparata di Balagna, 5 minutes from L'Ile-Rousse, in the heart of Balagne, in the living area of L'Ile Rousse, with access to both the coastline and high Balagne. Numerous walks are possible on foot from the village itself. Church listed as a Historical Monument.
The town of L'Ile-Rousse is 5 minutes away, with its beaches, shops, restaurants, bars...
The village of Pigna, where many craftsmen will share their traditional know-how, and the village of Sant'Antonino, with its unobstructed view of the sea/mountain, are also 5 minutes away.
