Able to accommodate up to 8 people, the main house spans 2 levels, and has an outbuilding with 2 bedrooms.

Ground floor:
- A living room with TV.
- A functional kitchen, with a dining area and fully equipped: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker...
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

1st floor:
- One bedroom: 160x200 bed overlooking a terrace
- One bedroom: 160x190 trundle bed with outdoor access
- A bathroom with bathtub, toilet and double sink

Dependency:
- A room: 2 beds 90x140 with bathroom with shower + WC
- A room: 2 beds 90x140 with bathroom with shower + WC

The swimming pool, 8x4m, is available from June to September
It is not heated.
Electric plancha available.

The house is located on a terraced plot, access to the terraces is via stairs, which is unfortunately not very suitable for people with disabilities, and which requires supervision of young children.

Sheets and towels provided.
Deposit: 3000 euros.

The neighborhood

Discover the typical village of Erbalunga, with its picturesque alleyways, its open-air theatre, accompanied by all local shops (bakery, pharmacy, post office, convenience store, tobacconist) and all types of catering: from snacks to gourmet restaurants.
Erbalunga is the marina of Brando, nicknamed "the painters' nest", this port village has inspired many island painters who came to immortalise it in the 1960s.
For the more sporty, a fitness trail is located nearby, a tennis court, a stadium, children's games... not forgetting Monte Stello which rises to 1,306 metres, just above Erbalunga.
Located 9 km from Bastia, a bus is available from Erbalunga to serve Bastia with six rotations per day (3 rotations in the morning and 3 rotations in the afternoon).
Ideal for a peaceful holiday with family or friends.
