The apartment is an F4 type, on the ground floor of a residence in the village center.
Its surface area is 100 m2 and its characteristics are:

- A large terrace of 80 m2, fitted with a dining table and an outdoor lounge, and a magnificent sea view
- 3 bedrooms with 140x190cm beds
- a shower room
- separate toilet

A parking card for the village will be provided to tenants.
Sheets and towels provided.

The neighborhood

Discover the typical village of Erbalunga, with its picturesque alleyways, its open-air theatre, accompanied by all local shops (bakery, pharmacy, post office, convenience store, tobacconist) and all types of catering: from snacks to gourmet restaurants.
Erbalunga is the marina of Brando, nicknamed "the painters' nest", this port village has inspired many island painters who came to immortalise it in the 1960s.
For the more sporty, a fitness trail is located nearby, a tennis court, a stadium, children's playgrounds...
Located 9 km from Bastia, a bus is available from Erbalunga to serve Bastia with six rotations per day (3 rotations in the morning and 3 rotations in the afternoon).
