The house is an F2 type (30 m²) semi-detached property in a former tourist residence rehabilitated into private housing, with a 50 m2 terrace, opening onto a very large garden equipped with outdoor play areas for children.
Equipped kitchen area with oven, microwave, induction hob, filter coffee machine...
Living room with sofa bed in 140x190 cm.
One bedroom with a bed in 140x190 cm.
Bathroom with shower and toilet.

Sheets and towels provided.
Parking included.
External socket allowing connection of an electric vehicle.

At its disposal a swimming pool, and two tennis courts, shared with the residents of the houses that made up the former residence.

Caution: 500 pounds.

Ideally located, you will be able to quickly shine throughout Corsica and enjoy the geographical assets of the eastern plain.
