The space

The apartment is located in a typical hamlet in the old centre of the village.
Its surface area is 60 m2 and its characteristics are:
- a living room area with TV, and a sofa bed in 140x190cm
- a fully equipped kitchen: cooking hobs, combined oven-microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine...
- a bedroom with a bed in 180x200cm
- a shower room

A parking card for the village will be provided to tenants.
Sheets and towels provided.
High-speed internet (fiber optic).
Deposit: 1000 euros.

Discover the typical village of Erbalunga, with its picturesque narrow streets, its open-air theatre, accompanied by all local shops (bakery, pharmacy, post office, convenience store, tobacconist) and all types of catering: from snacks to gourmet restaurants.
For the more sporty, a fitness trail is located nearby, a tennis court, a stadium, children's playgrounds...
Located 9 km from Bastia, a bus is available from Erbalunga to serve Bastia with six rotations per day (3 rotations in the morning and 3 rotations in the afternoon).
