The apartment is 60 m2 on one level and arranged as follows:

• A living room corner with a 160x200 sofa bed that opens onto the terrace.
• A kitchen equipped with an electric hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle...
• A bedroom with a 180x200 bed and a bathroom area with a bathtub.
• Large garden with a shared 6m x 6m swimming pool (with accommodation for 4 people).

Possibility of recharging an electric car (chargeable). Tenants must inform us before their arrival if they have an electric car.

• Free parking on site
• Cleaning: 60 euros to be paid on site
• Sheets and towels: optional 15 euros per person
• Deposit: 500 euros.

Just 20 minutes away, the historic city of Avignon is at your feet. This accommodation is an ideal base for making the most of the calm and sunshine of the Bouches-du-Rhône department.
