An air-conditioned room with 2 beds of 80x190 cm, or 160x200, with large wardrobe.
A large bathroom with WC.

Exterior:
Heated swimming pool of 4m x 4m with an alarm system.
Terrace equipped with a dining table, sun loungers, and a barbecue.

Sheets and towels provided.
Deposit: 1500 euros.

The villa is ideally located, close to the village of Monticello, and near the beach of Ile-Rousse.
The village of Monticello offers you many activity possibilities: municipal swimming pool, tennis, hiking, mini-golf, equestrian centre with organised rides, concerts, etc...
A few minutes from the accommodation you can practice the following activities:
Saint François Sports Complex, 4 tennis courts, mini-golf, equestrian centre with arena and organised rides, sports shooting club, outdoor municipal swimming pool.
Reginu Golf, 9 holes approved by the French Golf Federation, 10 minutes away.
Hikes that will take you from the sea to the mountain.
Possibility of renting E Case D'Olivia: Casa 2 (same facilities, jacuzzi instead of swimming pool) for a total capacity of 12 people.
