Able to accommodate up to 9 people, the house is set on 4500m2 of land, and spread across 3 buildings, a main house and 2 outbuildings.

Main house:
- A bright living area with a comfortable lounge and access to a terrace with a large, friendly dining table.
- A functional and fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, gas hobs, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: 180x190 bed or 2 90x190 beds.
- Bedroom 2: master suite with 160x190 bed or 2 80x190 beds and a bathroom with bathtub and WC.
- A bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

1st outbuilding:
- Bedroom 3: 180x190 bed or 2 90x190 beds.
- Bathroom area with bathtub and WC.

2nd outbuilding:
- Bedroom 4: 160x200 bed
- Bathroom area with shower and WC.

Exterior:
A fully equipped summer kitchen with a dining table near the 1st outbuilding.
Several shaded terrace and garden spaces.
A flowering garden will be particularly pleasant in summer.
Large solarium fitted with sunbed and summer terrace.
A 9x3m pool, available from June to September, not heated.

End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation clean and tidy and clean all appliances after use.
Check-in and key handover are done directly at the establishment. To organise your arrival, we need to set an appointment. An email with more instructions will be sent after booking confirmation.

The neighborhood

Located in Pietracorbara, a very pleasant commune in Cap Corse, about 15 km north of Bastia, the house is a calm and tree-lined place, ideal for recharging.
Several terraces and a large shaded garden. This is the true asset of the house, with varied outdoor spaces that invite tranquillity and well-being.
All local shops are 10 minutes (7km) away by car (bakery, butcher, newsagent, supermarket, shops, restaurants...).
Pietracorbara's large sandy beach (one of the few in Cap Corse) is 4 km away. Swimming, diving and other water activities possible.
Ideal for peaceful holidays with family or friends.
