The villa was designed by an architect in 2024.
Able to accommodate 8 people, it has an area of 200m2 on 2 levels, with independent access.

Ground floor:
- Large 85m2 living room opening onto the terrace and garden.
- Top-of-the-range fully equipped Miele kitchen: oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, induction hob...
- Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and steam iron, ice machine, second fridge and freezer.
- 3 suites with 160cm beds, all equipped with a shower room.
2 with direct access to the pool, and one with a private terrace.
- A separate toilet.

1st floor:
- A large master suite with a 160cm bed, with a bathroom with a shower, a bathtub and double sink.
- A sea view terrace.
- An office with a connected printer.
- A separate toilet.

Exterior:
Large 80 m2 terrace in front of the house, with sea view and equipped with a large dining table and sun loungers.
Heated 9m x 3m swimming pool, with sea view.
Landscaped garden
Petanque court.

The entire house is equipped with SONOS speakers for multi-room music control.
High-speed internet (fibre optic).
Private and secure parking with an automatic barrier.
Deposit: 2 000 euros.

The neighborhood

100 metres from the villa is the Prunete beach, whose dunes are classified as Natura 2000. This long sandy beach stretches for several kilometres along the eastern coast as far as the Canniccia marsh to the south.
This sandy beach benefits from the shade of large trees, which is very pleasant in summer.
Several activities are offered in the immediate vicinity: the port of Taverna, 2km from the villa, with boat, jet ski, sailing and diving rental...
