The space

The house is located in a typical hamlet in the old center of the village.
Its surface area is 130 m2 over 4 levels:

Ground Floor:
- a fully equipped kitchen: cooking plates, combined oven-microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine... opening onto a terrace, sea view, equipped with a large table for eating.
- a room with a 160x200cm bed and a shower room.
- Independent bathroom.

1st floor:
- a living room corner with TV opening onto a large terrace with an exceptional view of the sea and the Genoese tower of Erbalunga.
Jacuzzi and sun loungers occupy the space.

Floor -1:
- a master suite with a bed in 180x200cm, a bathroom with shower, whirlpool bathtub and toilet.
- a room with a 140x190cm bed with a shower room and toilet.

Level -2:
- Large room with two single beds in 90x190cm, a bathtub and direct access to the sea.

A parking map for the village will be provided to tenants.
Sheets and towels provided.
Caution: 2000 euros to be paid on the day of your arrival and returned at the end of your stay.

The neighborhood

Discover the typical village of Erbalunga, with its picturesque narrow streets, its open-air theater, accompanied by all local businesses (bakery, pharmacy, post office, convenience store, tobacco shop) and all types of dining: from snacks to gourmet restaurants.
For the most athletic, a fitness trail is located nearby, a tennis court, a stadium, children's playgrounds...
Located 9 kms from Bastia, a bus is available departing from Erbalunga to serve Bastia with six rotations per day (3 rotations in the morning and 3 rotations in the afternoon).
