Located in the village of Biguglia, 20 minutes from the center of Bastia and 10 minutes from the beaches of La Marana.
Large private terraces, equipped with outdoor furniture, barbecue and sun loungers with a dining area to enjoy our pleasant climate.
Ideally located, CLOSE to the airport and the port of Bastia, you can quickly reach all of Corsica and enjoy the geographical assets of the Bastia region.
Ideal for a stay with family or friends.
The house is of type F4 (160 m²), with 3 outdoor spaces on 2 levels.
1st level: Ground floor
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine… which opens onto the terraces.
Living room with a flat screen TV.
Dining room with a large family table.
Bathroom with shower and toilet.
2nd floor: 1st floor
A master suite with two beds in 80x200 cm (electric) with a bathroom with shower (accessible for disabled) + toilet, and a terrace.
A room with a bed 160x200 cm.
A room with two beds in 90x200 cm.
The access to the floor is equipped with a Stannah stair lift for people with reduced mobility.
Sheets and towels provided.
A private parking space in the immediate vicinity.
Deposit: 1500€ to pay on your arrival and return at the end of your stay.

Dotée de tous les équipements nécessaires et bien plus encore, cette villa qui bénéficie de quatre sublimes terrasses (dont une attenant à la Suite parentale) donnant toutes sur la mer nous a enchantés et transportés. Encore merci pour tout et à très vite. |
