House with jacuzzi, close to the sea (less than 500 metres).

The air-conditioned house (95m²) comprises: - downstairs a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom (bed 160x200) with dressing room, a shower room with WC and a veranda. - Upstairs, there is a sleeping area with a double bed (140 x 200) and a single bed (90 x 190), a sofa (banquette type) and a desk. There is a pleasant 300 m2 garden with deckchairs and a dining area. A summer kitchen with barbecue (and plancha) allows you to enjoy the private jacuzzi (included in the rental price from June to September). The jacuzzi is available outside this period on request and at an additional cost. There's also a shower room with toilet in the garden, which is handy when the beach is only a few steps away.
