The apartment is located on the 2nd and top floor of a small residence, quiet, secure, with
elevator.
A private parking space is available at the foot of the building.
The apartment of 50 m², fully furnished, has a bedroom with a large dressing room, a
bathroom, living room kitchen, terrace of 15 m².
It has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher,
induction hob, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, a washing machine, a TV, a
reversible air conditioner, towel dryer…
Linen and towels are available free of charge.
Non-smoking.
An extra charge of € 50 will be charged for cleaning if the accommodation is not returned in condition.
